Beautiful arrangement, just flowers not fresh and didn’t stay longer then 2 days ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for the kind words and for letting us know. I'm sorry the blooms didn't stay fresh - we aim for longer-lasting arrangements and I'd like to make this right; please contact us or stop by so we can offer a replacement or refund. I ordered a bouquet delivered to the St. Regis to surprise my wife. The flowers were perfect, and exactly like the picture, all in great condition, delivered flawlessly.
